Yes! Every new user gets a 14-day free trial on the Basic tier — no credit card required. Experience the full power of R.AI OpenClaw before deciding to subscribe. After the trial ends, you can choose a paid plan or your bot will be paused.

How does billing and payment work?

Each subscription corresponds to a specific bot tier (Basic, Pro, or Ultra). Choose the tier that fits your needs — pay monthly via our secure payment gateway with no long-term contracts. All payments are final: we do not offer refunds, upgrades, or downgrades between tiers. If you need to switch, cancel the current subscription and start a new one. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Direct tier upgrades and downgrades are not currently supported. To switch tiers, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new one. What is your refund policy?

All payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to take advantage of the 14-day free trial to evaluate the service before committing. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact our support team and we'll work to resolve it.

How secure is R.AI OpenClaw?

Security is our top priority. We implement multiple layers of protection: XSS and prompt injection detection, private bot connections with encrypted endpoints, AES-256 encryption for all stored data and API keys, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, OWASP security best practices including CSP and HSTS headers, fully isolated container environments per bot, and zero data retention policy. Bots run behind a secure gateway in a private cloud environment — they are only accessible through our authenticated portal, never exposed to the public internet. Our portal requires authentication to access any bot or data. We also follow cloud infrastructure security rules enforced by Google Cloud and AWS. Your data is never shared or sold.

How reliable is the performance?

R.AI OpenClaw bots run on enterprise-grade Cloud VMs provided by Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS. This means you benefit from high-performance computing, low-latency networking, 99.9%+ uptime SLAs, and the security standards of leading cloud providers. Your bot is always available when your users need it.

Does R.AI OpenClaw support data backup?

Yes! Backup is a native feature built into R.AI OpenClaw. Your bot data, configurations, and conversation history are automatically backed up. You can restore from backups at any time through the portal, ensuring you never lose important data.

Can I use my own Telegram bot?

Yes! We'll guide you through a simple 2-minute setup on Telegram. You keep full control of your bot name and username.

What happens when I reach my limits?

We'll notify you when you're close to your limit. If you reach it, the system will automatically rotate credentials to use shared capacity so your bot stays responsive. We suggest purchasing additional credits based on your needs — credits are shared across all your bots, giving you flexible control over usage.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, you have 7 days to complete the payment. After this grace period, your subscription and VM will be terminated, and all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Please ensure your payment method is up to date to avoid service interruption.

Yes! You can delete a bot at any time from the portal without affecting your subscription. Your subscription remains active and you can create a new bot using it. However, deleting a bot removes its data permanently.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, no questions asked. Cancel from your account at any time. Important: cancelling a subscription will permanently remove the associated bot and all its data — this action cannot be undone. All payments are non-refundable, so we recommend using the 14-day free trial to evaluate the service first.

What happens to unused subscriptions?

If you have an active subscription without a bot attached, you can use it to launch a new bot at the corresponding tier anytime. Unused subscriptions stay active until cancelled — so you're always ready to deploy when you need to.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the R. AI OpenClaw Hub platform (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

R. AI OpenClaw Hub is a platform operated by R. AI Services that enables you (the "Bot Owner") to deploy, configure, and manage AI assistant bots across messaging platforms (including Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, and others). The Service includes: a web-based dashboard for bot management and monitoring; AI-powered assistant bots running in isolated cloud environments; integration with third-party messaging platforms; usage analytics, token tracking, and performance monitoring. Each bot is deployed in a secure, private cloud environment fully isolated from other users. Bot owners manage their bots exclusively through the OpenClaw Hub portal (openclaw-portal.restai.vn). End Users interact with bots only through supported messaging platforms — there is no direct SSH, API, or shell access to the underlying infrastructure. As a Bot Owner, you have full control over your bots — including system prompts, response behavior, enabled skills and tools, model parameters (temperature, token limits), and who can access your bot. You may share your bot with anyone ("End Users") — friends, colleagues, customers, or the public. You are solely responsible for your End Users' interactions with your bot and the content it delivers to them. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; maintain and promptly update your account information; keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties; notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account; accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, Ultra) with varying resource allocations. Each subscription covers a single bot — to run multiple bots, you need a separate subscription for each. We offer a 14-day free trial for the Basic tier on your first bot. Additional AI credits can be purchased separately to extend your bot's capabilities beyond plan limits. Pricing is published on our website and may be updated with at least 30 days advance notice. Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable — we do not offer refunds for partial months, unused credits, or plan downgrades.

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. If payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend your account after a 7-day grace period. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your subscription. We use Polar (polar.sh) as our payment processor and do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Billing disputes must be raised within 60 days of the charge date.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to: engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities; generate, distribute, or store content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, bots, or data; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security mechanisms; distribute malware, spam, phishing content, or other harmful material through bots; use bots to impersonate individuals, organizations, or government entities; overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure through excessive automated requests. If you commercially offer bot access to End Users (e.g., charging fees, selling subscriptions, or providing paid services through your bot), you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, regulations, policies, tax obligations, consumer protection requirements, and data privacy laws in your jurisdiction. R. AI Services is not responsible for your compliance with local regulations. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable export control laws and regulations. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimer

The Service utilizes third-party AI models to generate bot responses. As the Bot Owner, you have full control over your bot's configuration — including system prompts, skills, tools, and response behavior. You acknowledge that: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate; you are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before relying on it; you are responsible for how you configure your bot, who you grant access to, and the content it generates and distributes to your End Users; R. AI Services has no relationship with your End Users and is not liable for their experience with your bot; R. AI Services does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI responses; AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

8. Intellectual Property

The R. AI OpenClaw Hub platform — including its design, source code, branding, logos, documentation, and all related intellectual property — is owned exclusively by R. AI Services and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your content (bot configurations, custom prompts, uploaded files) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission.

9. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by: third-party provider outages, force majeure events, network issues beyond our control, or actions by governmental authorities. For enterprise customers, custom Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with uptime guarantees may be available upon request.

10. Third-Party Dependencies

The Service relies on third-party providers including cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform), AI model providers (accessed via OpenRouter), messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp), payment processor (Polar), and database services (MongoDB Atlas). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of these third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or terms may affect Service functionality, and we will make reasonable efforts to adapt.

11. Termination & Account Closure

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, the associated bot instance will be shut down immediately, and all bot data (configuration, conversation history, uploaded files) will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored. You accept full responsibility for this data loss — export any data you wish to keep before cancelling. If you delete a bot without cancelling its subscription, the subscription remains active and can be reassigned to a new bot until the subscription period ends or is cancelled. No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you: violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy; fail to pay subscription fees after the grace period; engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service. Upon account closure, all data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: R. AI Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities; our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; we are not responsible for damages arising from third-party services, AI model provider outages, or messaging platform changes.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless R. AI Services, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; content generated or distributed by your bots to your End Users; claims from your End Users related to their interactions with your bot; your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Hanoi, Vietnam. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against R. AI Services.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

16. Complaint & Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you may file a complaint by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Complaint" or calling our hotline at 0941161899 (9:00–18:00 ICT, Monday–Friday). We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and aim to resolve complaints within 7–15 business days depending on complexity. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) through the Online Dispute Resolution portal at https://online.gov.vn or contact the local Department of Industry and Trade in your province. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then mediation if needed, and finally through the competent courts in Hanoi, Vietnam.
